Is there any court or judge in the land that would require Obama to provide a basic proof that he is eligible to serve as President?

I mean, time is getting short. If he gets in office and it is later proven he's ineligible, there will be hell to pay.

I can't believe that if he had the proof he would not provide it.

I believe he does not have it.
