Twister, When did you hear bullish guidance from the CFO of MSFT? In fact, his closing remarks quoted cautious Confucian proverbs. Of course, they always guide conservatively so they can continue beating the estimates by .02 or so! Yes, great results for the quarter, but where are the big new income generators upcoming? Win 98? Cable deals? Office 97? I think not! SUNW has some major issues to deal with, but seems to have handled similiar competitive pressures well. The Far East weakness hurt them this quarter and ain't getting any better, however. Overall execution left a little to be desired by Scott's admission, but they are focusing. If they beef up service to a convincing level, Big Blue won't be able to steal their business... Cheers, Peter Shaw
