BWEL. Perhaps it is an undervalued asset. I once held a few shares, but lost patience and sold out.

Issue is when could such assets be fairly-valued. To me, there just seem to be so many undervalued issues that I don't see why I would want to now hold shares in a company that isn't shareholder friendly, that has low float, that doesn't pay a dividend or have earnings, etc. when I can buy so many other stocks that Mr. Market seems to be throwing out that seem undervalued also but do have these other qualities.
