I'm not sure the difference. I believe mine is LCD and it is crystal clear. HD is really something else. Discovery's Planet Earth in HD is simply mind boggling!

What's the difference between Plasma and LCD (do I even have this right)? I've looked at these in the store and have a hard time telling the difference. Both have an incredible picture.
