I'm with you, do the roof even if it ends up costing you a bit out of pocket. It's absurd to continue getting more damage because of a roof that they are dorking around with.

A friend of mine got hit along with a bunch of others by a tornado. His adjuster had a roofer there that morning and he didn't get out there for another week. Obviously he understood the most important thing at this point is to get the place covered again.
