Congress failed, and their record low ratings reflect our total dissatisfaction with that group and their terrible leaders. The democrats made promises which they did not keep, we know that too. We can look and find the same for republicans...and you can switch the original discussion and do so, it does not matter. You obviously are very uncomfortable in dealing with their promises...and I guess if I was a partisan, I would be too. Voters must wake up some day and stop being cheerleaders for these incompetents and instead question each one equally regardless of party. It is time to stop enabling bad government.
