I'd like to have a slice, but I'd put it to only so-so use if my track record holds. By "great management of cash" I meant what estatemakr said, meaning if Qualcomm can act on the transient existing opportunities to make great use of the cash, the lemonade will flow. I'm just not sure who "Qualcomm" is... who's there with the down to earth vision and brass tacks beancounter smarts to do that job. (Tired of pie in the sky.)
