We'll have to ask why Republicans voted for it and Republican Bush signed it into law as well. Republicans are neck deep in doubling our national debt over the last 8 years and that's a fact. Will we get back to PayGo? They've promised it and I hope so. I believe there is a better chance we get it under Democrats than Republicans. We just had 8 years of PayGo abandonment. The previous 8 years were Democratic years of PayGo. So that tells me all I need to know.
