Yes, PaulNewmanhero, you heard correctly. Last weekend, a caller slipped in the "secular/cyclical" question after he had talked for quite some time. I have posted a transcript of Brinker's reply at Honey's Bob Brinker Beehive Buzz... If you want to read the complete history of what Brinker said about the secular/cyclical trends from 2000 to June 2007 (when he declared it over as of June, 2006), I have a posted a link to it there. You asked me if this told me something about Brinker's character. It certainly does -- but it's just one of many things he has said and done in the past 8 years that tell me about his character. In order for a person to have GOOD character, he/she has to feel the need to tell the whole truth, take responsibility for mistakes and not use subterfuge to deceive for the sake of GREED! IMO, Brinker feels none of those needs.... .
