The issue isn't pre-existing conditions so much as cost. We're paying much less........ironically $4944 this year than approx $12,000 last. Admittedly, our coverage is less, and our deductible is more. It's basically a catastrophic hmo. But our annual physical, which covers mammograms and prostate tests, is included.

I'd be happy to have an extra $5000 to invest in a stronger plan.
