Just be aware ... TSMC doesn't offer "leading edge" technology. They
will sell you mid-performance .35um technology. If Cyrix/NSM sets their
product plan appropriately, maybe this won't be a problem. However, this
will relegate Cyrix/NSM to the <$1000 ... to be soon <$500 market segment.
The margins will be slim and any execution error will result in losses !!

In regards to your comments on AMD, I think that AMD's lack of execution
has placed AMD in direct competition to Cyrix/NSM. They have to "dump" all
their excess inventory of 166mhz parts !!
