Kenneth is a functioning idiot. He is an attorney although I doubt he could pass the bar any longer. In fact he may never 'pass a bar" without going in. ;^) The court systems around the country are remarkably similar although some states have different terms for different levels. New York for instance calls the court normally referred to by the majority of states as Superior Court, the Supreme Court , however there are the same appeals levels. Aricept may be his breakfast cereal.
