I told you about Maggie's Bend, did I not? It was a tarpaper shack with 14 fully carpeted bedrooms. Every hunting season you would always see a 4x4 pickup parked outside with a big bull elk in the back all splayed out.

It was right next to the Clearwater River, a wild and scenic river.

The government bought a scenic easement from Betty's Steambath, the business entity that ran the place at Maggie's Bend and handed out girly matchbooks. That easement meant they couldn't put up pole barns or expand in any way.

Later the government bought the entire thing and leveled it to the last nail. You can still see where it was, though. By pasting the following coordinates to Google Earth.
46 09.091N, 115 56.220w

PS, I never stopped there but I always checked for sunbathers as I drove by in my green truck.
