I don't care what they allegedly based it on....if she said was was afraid of him...she is entitled to be taken at her word considering the guy's actions (like tasering his own son)and the fact that he was walking around with a badge and a gun...and Todd, as any decent husband would, was entitled to try to bring the issue to a head....The "bipartisan panel" could not possibly have known what her thougths were...and when you call the panel "bipartisan"...you need to remember that Palin had to take on her own party in getting elected.... The panel report is clearly crapola intended to hurt Palin and for no good reason other than payback. J.
