Cancer survival rates seems one measure of quality of health care and we do better than socialist systems - I've posted on this on the healthcare thread: Message 24008854 Message 23926992 Message 24711684 Here's an example of where I've posted on other countries internal policies - but my only purpose in doing so (and I think thats clear) is to argue we should do something different. Whether European countries or Canada stick with their system or not, I don't care. I wouldn't presume to tell them or even convince them what they should do.
