Sonny: No I did not get into MSFT or IBM. IBM is up on the upgrade and I am not sure about MSFT. It went up and then down and then up again. It is till trading in that 130-140 range. If it breaks out of that as it might, then it may take the rest of the techs with it. Concerning Intel, I am not too happy with that either. But it appears to me that the this weakness may be related to the semis and not to all the techs in general. I do not know how long it will take to overcome this. AMAT was also up higher in the morning and then faded back. Glad I did not jump in with both feet as it has a way to go on the downside should it go in that direction. Cymer was also lackluster today - another semi. Maybe these observations are wrong, but it seems more than Intel - although Intel may be holding these others down. Certainly the NAZ boomed ahead without Intel. While this is anathema on this thread, it may be that we will have to rethink Intel and how it has performed in the past and how it will be performing in the future. Still a great company, but it did not make its numbers for two quarters. I am not knocking the company, in fact, I bought some more for my IRA yesterday. I am moving a long here more cautiously than before, buying a few things here and there, but only small positions. I did not really like the big jump forward today as that means that tomorrow may not be a white Wednesday, as some correction may set in. We'll see. Check out CREAF, it blew out the numbers again, even more strongly than last quarter. Last quarter, however, it went down after earnings. This quarter it went down before the numbers. So if it goes down more tomorrow, it will be a great buy. It was however up 2 points in after hours. Clinton
