I heard Joe (actually Sam Joseph) the Plumber is a registered Republican, a relative of one of the Keating Five and has not passed the test for becoming a certified plumber. I also heard that, as a small business owner, he would benefit from Obama's health care program. I haven't looked at the particulars on that one but unless he can get his boss to fund his purchase of the company, he may have to wait out the credit crunch. The Dems should take a look at the SBA and its odd practices.
