Joe should be able to get an Econ Dev grant in his state that would cover his needs and get the company going in the right direction. Of course, he may have to get Congress to write a special exception into every BS Tax & Squander program O'BlahBlah & The BidyBowl Man propose to keep the plumbery from needing a visit by Winston Rothschild III - should the election go in the pooper. With any luck, the gold-plated crapper in Hairy BS Kerry's wife's Grumman Gulfstream will back up on the weekend O'BlahBlah pump, and Joe can pick up the $1200 with standard double-time charges.... The Demoncraps love those Smithfield $5000 aircraft toilet seats and Oscar Meyer $3000 monkey wrenches, etc.... .
