It is encouraging to see that some people are starting to see just how extreme Obama is. It may be too little too late, but the media has been complicit with Obama in keeping his short history under cover.

I just don't see how anyone can fall for it. We know politicians lie; but Obama's move to the center has been unmistakable. His extremism WRT core issues like abortion, redistribution of wealth, big government, and myriad other issues have been well hidden.

This thing may not be over yet. The tightening of the polls, at least as of today, are encouraging.

>It's reasonable to assume that the plan Obama has right now is not the plan that he will implement once he's in office. So how can we be sure that whatever he does, he will not raise taxes on anyone making less than $250K/year? Because HE says so? Give me a break, Obama isn't making any promises he can't back away from in two seconds.

It's his PLAN. Plans do change, and if Obama is smart, he will change them if he has to. But I do not believe that he's lying, which is what's being insinuated here and by McCain and the Republicans. There's this mantra among Republicans that
"Democrats love taxes" and it's crap. We do believe they're necessary sometimes. But so far, Obama does not see the necessity and I believe him.

I don't agree with him, but I believe him...
