as soon as the ndx turned baby... the rest was sure to follow. i find watching the volumes is pretty cool right now. you can virtually see how much buying and selling power is entering per the tick followed by intra chart supports and resistence issues. then high low counts not of the day, but as standouts over the last number of days says something else. but, as you know i hear voices too. so big effing deal. screw the vix. its an extreme o meter. not a day o meter. and sucked for such a long time who gives chit except when it hit new highs. tick and trin... snooze fest compared to the old days. markets now move so hugely, tick and trin are meaningless. then there are the outside forces................NEWS.. or some laggards or gainers ahead. GE has been a hamster lately. but of course 50% of its so called business is banking. but the market doesn't see them that way, so i count them. yada yada yada. chicks don't become men this week, and men definitely can become chicks. i don't care how good they are. i'm having an expiry party tomorrow. all day brunch, and pulling out no punch. shots only. wowsa. golds fly under the cover of an up market. what do you think of that? only if, the metal makes a statement overnite though. or maybe not. i have back up shots for that event.
