Steve,

Re: "I too have speced out TSMC's up comming process and have been told ..."

This seems to be a contradiction ... You have "speced out" TMSC's process,
but you "have been told" about CPU manufacturing. The fact is, TSMC's
.25um process will use 2.5V supply voltage FET's while the interconnect
will be dense and high resistance. This process will not give high
speed parts ... in fact, AMD's process is better optimized !!

Make It So,

Steve,
Re -- I too have speced out TSMC's up comming process and have been told that their process

A contradiction in terms don't you think? you have speced and have been told No wonder you believe Cyrix Rules. You are confused.

According to Brian Halla, the main purpose of the PRcrap, is to flush out their 0.35 processes, to make more of those sub $10 chips.
