You could be right, Paul. When you are dying of thirst in the middle of the desert, you are sure to see a mirage or two.

No Blooomberg terminal for me. The chart was simply copied from an article at Realmoney.com.

Paul, even though the chart is plotted on a monthly basis, do you think that it still has any merit? IMO, I think it does have some predictive merit. However, I won't want to bet any equity on it.
