Hey Darlene, I did ask the question about the travel to San Francisco and signing of papers. WOW, he was shocked! From my understanding there are negotiations taking place. I also asked about a press release for this week. Guess what he said. During my research I came across two companies with basicly the same name. One located in Grass Valley, CA and the other in Downieville, CA. The first with Brush Creek Mining & Development Inc. and the other with The Brush Creek Mining & Development Company Inc. I asked if this was the same company. He didn't know but would check into the question. Anyway, the conversation went well and I got good vibs. James

Darlene, I agree with you about the address in Downieville. Lionel and I did discuss that it was probably the mine site but he would verify the information. I do have a phone number to the site but have not called. Now I only have one problem. Need to invest. James
