That's right, Joe does not need the license until he buys his employer's business. As of today, he earns $40,000 but he's planning for the future - set an achievable goal of buying the business sometime in the future. At first Dems in their usual kneejerk fashion assumed a plumber would be voting for Obama. They were shocked to learn Joe finds Obama's economic plan to be socialistic. That's when they decided Joe the American must be destroyed - their politics of personal destruction. Dems have the gall to criticize Joe's failure so far to pay his $1100 tax bill, while at the same time, they've ignored Charlie Rangel's $30,000 unpaid tax bill.
