If there really is a NI 43-101 with a resource defined behind today's NR, then I'd say CKG will have an extremely nice run once markets get back to a new normal.

If you look at the value of the gold/silver in the ground on a per share basis as a measure of leverage, then CKG's leverage is comparable with what I'd expect to see for a project in a remote (inaccessible) part of Northern Canada. But for Mexico, the resource leverages are typically much lower so I would say there is an excellent chance of CKG running up significantly (unless CKG is out of money then all bets are off for now at least).

You can get an interesting range of resource leverages on several companies at a new site goldminerpulse.com which tracks gold/silver miners. My first pass for comparable on CKG would be PZG, OK and maybe APG, although the sheer size of the CKG resource puts them in higher (more valuable) league. Just my first blush take on CKG as I only came across them today.
