well as cirrus hides behind it's anonymous handle, it post libel of an American.

Where was there a claim that Joe was a licensed plumber. And if he is considering the purchase of a plumbing business, his questions deal with future expected earnings.

But lying and libel is the way of and followers.

So why is cirrus libeling Joe?
