Currency trends don't change very fast and the Asian currencies are still in a strong downtrend. I would expect that to continue and believe that CREAF's margins will be even better next quarter.

As for revenue, remember they say last quarter they would be flat to down. Well guess what, they were up 7 million. That's better than flat. And it's quite understandable that revenues are hard to grow since, like every one else in the PC business, their products cost less now than last year. But I bet unit sales are up substantially. And many of their products are new, so they still can generate greater market exceptance.

I think it's very good that they've been focusing on margins, because that's where their greatest leverage is. If their products are good, I think the sales will take care of themselves. They have pretty good sales connections.

I just wish the market would finally reward them for their performance instead of berating them for some potential shortfalls. Even IBM and MSFT have some skeletons in the closet.
