Its a bit frustrating to see a company beat estimates 2qs in a row by a dime and still be in the same place. I need to sell something to cover my margin accnt and this may be it. Need to find the right spot. I'm thinking 25-26.

Taxi, I think that Form T trades could be off-exchange trades that are simply being reported by the transfer agent. That's another possibility (as well as late reports).

In other words, if you agree to sell me all of your CREAF right now at 18 (please?) we can make payment arrangements, you sign the back of your certificates, and send them to the transfer agent, who will issue me a new certificate. This gets reported on Form T. Er, I think so, anyway.

In any case, the 800K trade was definately a "form T" report.

Wonder if something like this happened?
