Dem strategy of ridiculing the average voter in the person of Joe the plumber, shows their disconnect with those Americans who will choose the next president. Joe made it clear to Obama that his 'future plans' were to buy his employer's business. The only thing that was throwing a wrench in the works was the fact Obama would make his tax bill so onerous, as the owner of a business earning more than $250,000, that Joe's future dream had been obliterated. Obama's foolish economic vision would destroy all incentive for those ambitious(not a dirty word) Americans - who until Obama entered the national stage - created the most dynamic, creative, class-levelling nation in world history.

Nothing McCain has said about Joe the plumber is inconsistent with his platform, and Joe the plumber thinks his taxes are going up under Obama. Obama responds by saying he wants to take money from people who create jobs and give it to people who don't work.
