Interesting take. You can almost see it all start to happen. MSM is helping to change the direction of the country. I saw this article in the left-leaning L.A. Times today and may have just skipped over it except I've been helping a man, who was in the Iranian government at the time of the Revolution, write a book about his stint as a CIA spy and am very familiar with what happened back then. latimes.com This article is saying it was the Republicans who caused the Iranian Revolution - not Jimmy Carter, (and Zbigniew Brzenski, who had his own agenda) who together made so many mistakes, the Revolution was inevitable. Blaming the Republicans will pave the way for that one to become a hero and say the democrats had nothing to do with turning Iran into an enemy. Iranians certainly blame Carter for what happened.
