Legacies are no longer valid I believe at the Ivy League schools

Yes, that's correct!

...and Sarbanes-Oxley has ensured transparency and accuracy in corporate reporting.

And how about Chris Cox seeing to it that the SEC prevents naked shorting. (and btw, he's a Harvard-trained lawyer and MBA - go figure!)

Just keeps gettin' better and better.

p.s. [edit] Just got a PM who reminded me that the honorable Joe Biden got nailed plagiarizing in law school (where he eventually finished #76 out of 85 and was busted later for lying about it, claiming to be in the "upper half") and failed the course. He managed to re-negotiate his way into retaking the course or otherwise maneuvering beyond the course. If that doesn't sound alarm bells, recall his stategic retreat from the 1988 Demo primary after getting busted for....plagiarism.

More Ivy League lawyers....just what we need.
