I'm on my blackberry so if I sound short it is because its a pain to type. When my personal paycheck falls below 100k per year with no sign of return, I'm out. I'm a c corp currently and business is still good. I don't have a good accountant but I'm involved in some business owner gruops thaht I'm going to tap for info this year but it is my understanding that I'm screwed on taxes no matter what I do. Add that to having a business partner who plays very very straoght so I have no choice but to file in the most expensive way. I went to a dinner with a group with austin goulsby a few months ago. We were all business owners. The general mood was that we were somewhat screwed and when I left I didn't feel any better about my situation when I got there
