"Small businesses with over $250K of profit can get hurt..." So? What part of profit don't you understand? This is after he has paid the bills, paid the employees,paid the loans, put money into the business, and, if smart, paid his own salary. If it really bothers them, when they get to a profit of 249K, they can hire another person for 30K, and, voila, employment goes up, business expands, and no tax increase. (But a 3K credit for taxes). What a deal.
