Sal, The reviews of and promotions for CCEE argue that has the edge in being able to manage and visualize huge and ever-changing data banks. Therefore, I do not think it is the fact of data visualization or other end-user conveniences that makes dbExpress novel. While programs and technology that other companies sell surely could produce the same type of end-user conveniences as dbExpress --if the data bank to be managed is of modest size-- the touted advantage of dbExpress is supposed to be that it brings these conveniences to a customer with greater data to be managed, such as a telephone company.
