Yes, Medicare/Medicaid (fed by the ridiculously high systemic level of increase in healthcare costs) is the single most fiscally dangerous item in the national budget.

(Far exceeding all challenges posed by Social Security which, after all, the gvt. has been keeping downward pressure on through it's cooked CPI numbers for nigh-on to three decades now already....)
