"Just keep adding .01% to the tax rate until you get 100% and all the small businessmen will be happy right?"

Poor application of a RAA, Tim. It is what happens when you throw a straw man into the mix.

I explicitly stated that a high jump would be discouraging. We aren't talking any where near your 100%.

Real people don't operate like mathematical equations. If they did, then Asimov's psychohistory wouldn't be science fiction, but a burgeoning science.

The problem you are running into is that a model must reflect reality to be viable. If they only model your theories and have no predictive capability in the real world, then it is just mental masturbation.

This model only works at the extremes.
