The owner of a plumbing business need not be a licensed plumber. An employee of a plumbing business need not be a licensed plumber. And this is the law according to what.....inoys? Do you think you can say something and it automatically becomes true? Why don't you check the laws in OH and Toledo before coming to any conclusions. And actually, I cannot find anywhere that Joe the Plumber actually SAID he was a plumber. Who cares that you can't find it? In the grand scheme of things........joe the plumber, McCain, Obama etc.......you're not all that important. Sorry.
