Hm. Something to think about. But lots of times it is better to settle than to drag things out for years and have a cloud hanging over you for a long period of time, not to talk about the expense. Msft has lost cases. Patent suits are tricky. Especially if you have a Judge and Jury not up to snuff. I am sure Intel would fight if they felt it was a win win situation. Considering what was put out by the Intel PR department on this issue - Not GUILTY - it does make you wonder what is going on.
