That would put them at 33,333 shares. I think you mean 10,000,000? I saw that but it was for the period ending June (I believe). I think they did some more after that, or some old reg S hit. I'm not sure. I think they were at, at least, 24 million before the split. Anyone know where to look up outstanding? Pretend there's a miley face after the first statement, not on a browser right now, too much trouble to add it.

Buster,
There were just under 1MM shares when the 10-K was issued in March and prior to the S-8 issued in early April.
