I have been saying that since the 1980s.
Reagonomics = "Trickle down economics." which I call "Tinkle down economics."
The "haves" have been pissing all over the "have nots" for a very long time - well actually forever. But Reagan and the neocons which he spawned have perfected the art by getting the have nots to say thank you while they are being pissed upon.
