That would be logical. When Nokia and Qualcomm signed the deal in July, there must have been a clear USD figure in the paper.

And about the currency rate: Nokia will pay it in Q4, and Nokia's 4Q08 EUR/USD Plan Rate is 1.416, as can be seen at page 14 in this presentation media.corporate-ir.net
