For that matter executive orders, signing statements and other endless garbage from Bush are as well...at least large swaths of them. The problem with the government is that the other two branches roll over and play dead for the stinkpot. At least he's down to 15-23% approval and will be sunning himself in Dubai for the rest of our lives. Hopefully we will never have to hear or see or think about him ever again except through indictment.
