Actually, I agree with her- or rather I got what she was saying.
I can't stand her so that's hard for me to type.

But growing up in the Shenandoah, I know that N. Va has always been seen as more of DC than REAL Va. It IS made up of people who work in DC. and live in the suburbs.
And if you are from REAL Va., you know that your middle name has to be Lee and your relatives have to have fought in the War of Northern Aggression to be a REAL Virginian.
So I agree with her, I just don't AGREE with her.

Rambi Lee

But I am so impressed you can spell her last name.

Wow. This day is full of laughs. Pfotenhauer is always good for one.

Ohhh, and she said "the part that is more southern in nature". Now just what could she mean by that??? Why would poor southerners care if rich yankees pay more in taxes? Why would poor southerners not want social security and health care? So one is left a'wonderin' just what she means by southern in 'nature'. I have my suspicions but I wouldn't want to possibly slur her or prematurely snarl at her for slurring, as a whole, my breathen. Bless her heart. I do so hope she splains herself.

Let me do it for you then........southern Virginians aren't as enamored with people of Obama's 'ilk'. *wink*wink* And she had her chance to take it back.....and she just laughed instead. It was only when the anchor said "goodbye from not so real Virginia" she began to realize she might have created a negative soundbyte that could be used against McCain.

These people are nasty and ugly!
