Powell is merely one former Secy of State - a long list of other Secretaries of State have already endorsed John McCain. What was the carrot Obama dangled before Powell's eyes? Maybe a second try at Secy of State? or possibly placing Powell in charge of distributing US taxpayer funds to Obama's friends and family in the third world? Since retiring from the military, Powell has dedicated his life to promoting America's black community - apparently Colin, to further that goal, decided to support Obama. In that way he's trying to grant total government power to BO and the Democrat-controlled congress--No checks and balances whatsoever. You can be sure their far left agenda would be quickly implemented, no doubt to the shock of many who plan to vote for wolf-in-sheeps-clothing Obama.
