i expect he also doesn't want to be delisted from the black race.

he also showed it was the president but supreme court appointments that influenced him..

i assume he believes Biden would make a good president and he could never get any national support for the office. Since he compares Palin to office of president.. cheap shot but then i expect Powell only advanced through the military by taking safe bets..
