can someone clear this up for me?

does this mean that past Presidential candidates have not been vetted for security clearance before they were elected?

Fascinating. Both the the Bush administration got out ahead on this issue. Bless them. And that we now see a little more into Obama's planning.

Obama needs to win the election first, then plan what he is going to do. Too much talk now about what he will do after winning, could contribute to him not winning IMHO.
