Moose!? Was on this fishing trip in Alaska, and the guy who owned the lodge and his hunting party showed up on our doorstep at dinner time, having just flown in from the outback with their kill. So...we fed em. Next night, he brought over a big collander of Alaska mushrooms he'd handpicked himself, and 2 fresh moose backstraps, which we grilled. Some of the best stuff I've ever eaten...
