Good point. Copper will benefit big time from electric cars. Alos from solar, windmills, etc. Copper is also called "the metal with a Ph.D in economics" it will track world economic growth. Right now, that growth is headed much lower.

Another winner with electric vehicles will be Nickle for NimH batteries, as not all cars will use Lithium batteries.

There are some small Nickel miners. Not much in the way of Lithium miners, however. Much Lithium is produced as byproducts of other minning.

Platinum and Palladium are likely to be heavily used in fuel cells and/or hydrogen production.
