The secret ballot is vital to any election that purports to be free of interference. What's with these unions, anyway? I believe some management deserves unions because they essentially carve profits out of their own workers. If they didn't do that, the employees wouldn't feel the need to organize. Costco I think isn't unionized and everybody thinks it's a great place to work. I've thought of signing up there myself.
