it was back in Colo in 1972...........we walked out our door and up a hill into the sage lands. Mid-winter........I miss those days.

The stew wasn't very good, because Jack Rabbits are tough. Sausage would have been better.

I knew Dr. Frank Bellrose and he was the guy that got lead shot banned from duck hunting and yes I have seen ducks that have died from eating lead. He also invented the wood duck house.
